This is one of the worst firm I have ever joined. I have resigned and served a notice period and they have hold my salary for the last 2.5 months. Now when my notice period is over, my teamhead is not signing my exit form and keep on deferring it and my salary is also not releasing because my exit form is not signed by my team head. Be careful if you joined.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

No great work pressure, Manager is understanding. Work expenses re-imbursement policy is liberal. Varied kinds of projects will help in great exposure.

The only thing I like about is that salary comes on time.

Dislikes

...ance gets delay. Late sittings everyday till 10 o'clock sometime more than that. The main thing is that they have a jumla on salary structure, during interview they will tell u that 24% PF will be deducted, but when u see the appointment letter they have mentioned 12% on gross. When u see salary slip it seems different.

They tried to retain the employee by making Bhen and bhai ka rishta. Do not believe on stake holders they can ask you to do anything whether it was agreed or not Before signing read the documents carefully Before joing take the salary breakup in written. Advisable not to join Behaviour of stakeholders is pathetic

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
