Do your best and leave the rest, Recognition will be given not the reward.Less pay is the only drawback as of now and even this is happening because of low admission and covid situation.

The working hours are too long. Very little time for the family. All six days working sometimes drains us. But I must say that the management understand us so well when approach personally.

The centre is good environment,decent teammates especially for women its safe and secured place ,since it is a sandwidch course faculties are asked to get training in their core industries.

TSSCPAT was a good place to work in. It is highly organised and well-structured. I had opportunities to explore and enhance my skills. The organisation sets apart time to help faculty get equipped with the timely trends to reach out to students better.

Work load. This indeed helped me in the other workplaces. I was able to handle situations in better ways.
