TSSCPAT was a good place to work in. It is highly organised and well-structured. I had opportunities to explore and enhance my skills. The organisation sets apart time to help faculty get equipped with the timely trends to reach out to students better.

Dislikes

Work load. This indeed helped me in the other workplaces. I was able to handle situations in better ways.

I started my teaching career from here. I was able to build my profession with all required benefits and the management extended some great support in this.

You get to update yourself, be active and learn.

Dislikes

The working hours are too long. Very little time for the family. All six days working sometimes drains us. But I must say that the management understand us so well when approach personally.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Best place to gather knowledge and work peacefully,we don't have to worry about job security, our work will be given recognition.

Dislikes

Do your best and leave the rest, Recognition will be given not the reward.Less pay is the only drawback as of now and even this is happening because of low admission and covid situation.
