Very bad experience, as owner run the company like proprietorship

...lot of politics of Management relative and management doesn't address our issue. Every year Salary hiked for only there relatives not other employees

work culture so nice and management is also very supportive and talking with employees so politely.

I am facing problem because of am local one because that salary is also getting very much low compare to other employees and facility as given by all not given to me. work load is so high due to this some time I suffer ladies problem and I do technical as well as non technical work also. I have joined at site so I do not get offer letter and here completed one and half year but PF not applicable and salary slip is also not given to me. thank you.

In the company, you have more scope to develop your own experiences as the company lacks more experienced person.

Dislikes

Poor Management and non experienced. You have to do work under inexperienced person who is Director's relative and You will be all responsibility of loss occurs due to their decision

The Work schedule was not fixed and pay was based on the number of working hours.

Good company to work. All teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

Although company organize training workshops for employees but only one region employees can attend due to time and travel constrains it will be better if workshops are arranged in every zone.
