In systra if client is complaint to any one the systra company will terminate that person. Why you should be trust on client. Thats not good in systra company. Increments and benifits are very poor

Decent increment. Flexible with work from home / office.

Before joining -HR's salary negotiation. After joining - 1. Could ask for area of interest to work. 2. 15 days KT Program on design methodology being done here. 3. SHould conduct Culturals , sports day , women's day, events like other MNC does.

...k Environment and culture, Teammates are supportive, Company Policies are good . Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike every year.
