In systra if client is complaint to any one the systra company will terminate that person. Why you should be trust on client. Thats not good in systra company. Increments and benifits are very poor

Before joining -HR's salary negotiation. After joining - 1. Could ask for area of interest to work. 2. 15 days KT Program on design methodology being done here. 3. SHould conduct Culturals , sports day , women's day, events like other MNC does.

Bias in Salary and promotion Only those people get good salary and promotion who is having strong reference. Illiterate people in office management 3 months notice period Exit policy Medicaim policy
