...elves as per latest market tools. They will surely find difficulty in future. And recruiting salary of freasher policy is same as of year 2006. 16 years passes and they are still recruiting fresher at same rate of 12k. As an MNC it should be look at. And last there is a big difference between salary of higher staff and the lower staff and they increase at the same rate. Obviously if any year increament is 10% 12000 salary will be 13200. And 80000 salary will be 88000. 13200 people will need 10 years to cross 20k mark and 80000 people will be at 1.5lacs. How disgusting. 🤢. Maximum work done by lower staff but no benefits of there work as company don't think about these employees. If you are coming will higher salary in systemair then your have no worry about salary you will get better salary every year. But about technical skills and tool you will get poor experience. I would only say systemair india to wake up. This is the time you should implement SAP as soon as possible. Otherwise there will be a big problem ahead.

More responsibility should be given. Example- Training, new selection, daily report, pass section, MIS report, operational work, handling manpower etc.

Good company for passing the time. No learning environment no skill development... Only manual work. Management is good....

Dislikes

Lots of manual work, less system work due to which the information gap during working, Lots of waste because of manual work. Rework due to design change . Non information tracking environment. All the processes are so Lengthy because off There is Tele ERP is used for working.... SAP not used.

This is best company to retire at. You can work here till retirement. Thye give all the flexibility, all the facility to make employee comfortable working with them.

Pay scale is lesser compared to industry standard. Also, manpower/ staff is also less compared to work load.

People around here are good as an individual (not professionally speaking).

Growth of an employee is nothing here with respect to personal, Technical & professional. They use most outdated softwares(especially mechanical design software). Increment & promotion is based on buttering & flattering attitude & not on your performance.
