Layoff happens 4 times in a year. even stranger thing is the level of politics inside the org, even for a smaller company like this. Everyone's job on edge always, you never know when you'll be thrown under the bus irrespective of how good performer you are. Dont buy the self over exaggerated boastings during the interviews, you're just a pin in the chessboard

The management is US and other countries are good and genuinely interested for employee benefits.

Dislikes

The management is India(Led by 2 folks) is extremely incompetent and corrupt, only interested in short-term gains(make money for themselves),they don't bother about the organization's growth. They ll lie to any extent to candidates while interviewing(we're working with this customer that customer etc, don't believe them). They have managed to get only 3 customers in India till now. your contributions will be overlooked or attributed to others and misrepresented to the higher-ups.
