Salary on time and appraisals are good if they don't fire you. colleagues and team leads are supporting.

Dislikes

No job security they can fire you anytime without any notice. They can change their policy anytime. They never fulfil their promises and always lie so don't trust them. Their Product is also not good so you will always be stressed about your future. Top management is awful. They also have an employment agreement which is more than your salary.

Likes

Work culture is very good everyone is very generous and mangers don't make extra pressure on junior and everyone is equal no matter you are a senior or an intern

Dislikes

Company is not verdict on their staments however they give good appraisals and good salary but they can change their policy if required at any time

Likes

Good exposure to multiple technologies. Leads are approachable.

Dislikes

Management doesn't stick on to any decisions and gives false promises to employees. Work life stability almost doesn't exists. Forcefully uprooted people from One city to another within one year. Gives employees the illusion that they have an option when they actually don't. Leaves and basic benefits are very less compared to other organisations.

Energetic team, lots to learn

Dislikes

High workload, uncertain appraisals but management has said it will be different from now. HR policies are very bad and lack empathy - limited leaves and bad communication.
