I'm didn't like anything in Syrma SGS Technology Ltd.

So many of things I hated in syrma SGS Technology. The food and salary and benefits, transportation, skills development These are terrible in that company. The manager and higher authority response is not much good.

...ct. They tell us bonus will add with 20% when time comes to bonus only 8% given. also never give salary structure to contract employee.

It's new start for syrma sgs but they should think about workers salary and facility. Very poor

Most of the time Overtime was cut by hr or anybody wo is involved and during checking they take off our shoe's which is very Unrespected and we feel guilty at that time.

Worst attitude,worst HR practices.Worst team,always pressure,continuous torture,withheld all increment payments,bonus payments.No process,No policies.Not Employee friendly.No MNC culture,all 7 days working 24*7.Favourable treatment to some employees without any basis.Always biased.They may be successful in business but worst work culture.
