1. Very toxic work culture 2. Very less learnings even if you learn at home and try to help company they will claim you learn at company 3.Too much politics especially management. 4.management will give preference seniors even if you are working hard for company. 5.Management changes rules whenever they want without informing employees and you will get to know when you are leaving company or taking leave. 6.They will not appreciate your hardwork or extra working hours and working on weekends. 7.Company will not give insurance as promised and when asked they will find some loopholes in documents 8.If you leave company they will not give you full compensation if you are junior software developer. 9.if you are on leave and your code have some bugs seniors will change full code without informing you and irony is management will support this. 10. You have to work at office for more than working hours everyday and if you come late even a single day management will warn you. 11. For new employee whenever they will find replacement or someone is doing better than you.they will start thinking about your termination.
