Nothing much to say about likes here, The US team is good to work with.

Dislikes

Indian team from Bangalore is the worse, most of the leadership team is bench warming for the past 14 / 15 years. No new changes will be accepted and the senior employees have a lot of ego issues with new employees and new ideas.

Operation level politics to hault market corrections which leads to immediate lay off Syniverse is renown for their filtering criteria once in every 2 years. I was laid off based on feedback that all my KPIs were unmet however, among team of 3 I was the most experience candidate with more product knowledge yet I was laid off with a lame excuse. And my peer from Onsite was laid off despite his remarkable contribution to the team over the past 8 years

Hikes and career improvement will not be that good. No training’s you will get Management don’t understand the value of employees and they don’t recognise your work

Management has no idea how to deal with employees and this is the reason they are loosing clients. It is high time they realised, employees are the most important ASSET.

There are better oppurtunities......
