Company good some manager are not good. While leave asking time have seen to much attitude.

...s in security gate. While entry exit time security people are behavior not good. Consultant people asking giving salary or promotion but i worked 10 years salary also less one time also i am not getting promotion.

After salary negotiation & collected all the necessary documents, then after one fine day HR called to me, Said that by mistake we interviewed you actually we don't required that position if any position is there we will consider you for that without interview. Such a irresponsible and worst behavior by HR.

I was very much grateful to Syngene International Limited because I had learnt so many new things and I had improved my knowledge and vocabulary.

Need to motivate the team towards work and also wanted to provide better salary.

...nagement is transparent there isa huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good,salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. salary is decent but career growth idli.there is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resine.on job training is not given to new joinees

Politics and favouritism spoiled the organisation culture. No salary hike.All the advantages of company policies are under safe custody of HIgh level officials.Awards, recognitions,rewards, compensation everything are just untouchable things for executive level employees.No career growth.No free food,no free transport.
