... of CTC but it will be paid only if we are in the company until getting in hand. It will be paid in the 1st week of june so until that we shoud not resign even though variable pay is calculated based on performance of financial year (April to March) but in other organization if we have worked even in notice period until end of march month, it will be paid so it is one of the worst policy.

Good for Salary and good for experienced people's and good for women's not for mens.

Office politics more at work place ,arrogant high level people will destroy low grade level employees career for theirs reputations and ego satisfaction.

Good company. Department is good. Work culture is good. More preference is to safety. Fir girl this is good company. If you want to settle this is good.

No much negative points. Salary hike is good but apperesel is partiality. No festival bonus.

Policies are very good, culture is very good and respect from others we can expect which one is not in other companies. Celebrating festivals, conduting competitions, quitz are very good.
