Worst company ever, they do not give full salary, they harrast you more for timings also not give you appraisal. Please do not join this company. They only give you the stress.

Peoples are really good at here, thats why i stayed here for long time some peoples are became life time friends IF You good Project, your life will be good Good apprisal, appriciation will be there

Job security is really concern if you are higher salary and not having project for longer time you will be get layed off immediately

...is unprofessional and often rude, with a lack of basic respect for employees. 3. Salary & Job Security: Salaries are delayed, often paid after 40 days instead of the standard 30-day cycle. There is zero job security. Once a project is completed, employees are fired without notice.

Regular salary and opportunity to learn things . Yes a lot of work pressure when deadlines come. Sometimes need to work saturday sunday also.

From last year after hr changed, the company become school. They hr try to disturb you in your work. Every way possible to save his pitty ego.

I joined Synergy technology services as a fresher. For a fresher, the organization offers descent amount of work with good technology exposure. As, it was still in a growing phase, to embrace clients deadlines were strict . Fun events used to be organized monthly which made things light.

Dislikes

...essional and rude towards employees, appreciation is less, hike is very poor. Start salary is extremely less . Maternity leaves were seen to be not entertained even after being in company for quite sometime Leave Sandwich policy
