One thing i like in this company that no one is responsible for any work

I request to everyone don't join this company. Not receiving salary on time, delay by 10-15 days, not getting increments from last 3 years. No any full and final settlement policy, no any working culture here.

Try to be a professional organization, no salary cut during 2nd lockdown. 2nd generation owner -very intelligent.

Unit Heads doesn't create a good environment, high on hiring relatives merit doesn't stand ground , cross blaming is a way of life

...ire and fire policy is frequent for all employees(No job Security) Politics. Only chamchas can get the good salary. No growth opportunity. Company wants u to come on time but will not allow you to leave on time.

No work culture worst company ever seen in whole working experience.... no compensation or perks .... unprofessional behaviour.... owner doesn’t have any professional behaviour they both abuse their workers on face worst worst worst worst !!!!”
