working at higher position of any firm is very great. it all time feel like i am only the one responsible for every thing. like time management, production planing, execution of planning, and on time dispatch of quality product as per requirement of customer. I have learn much more things from this form like how to manage relation with customers and also with employees working under my surveillance.

most of manpower at our firm is untrained. we provide them training but because of low salary they quit job. and we need to higher new one with training session.

...ce with company very bed environment .till date after three he is not satellite.my account two month salary and three months salary and expenses due after so many reminders he is not satellite my account and during services he is not given salary wright time

Organization forced people to cone to office surung peak covid times even when state govt restricted offices. Very poor employee care.

Dislikes

The culture is bad but the worst thing is employee care...which is zero. From years people not given increment off role / third party employees even worst. Organisation doesn't care about employees thatvis rhe message and this makes the org worst employer.

Synergy is a company that provides Job Security and an environment to have a comfortable Work life Balance. Freedom to finish you tasks at your own pace and not very strict on break timings or total working hours. Tolerant towards employee requirements and flexible in their treatment.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow. There can be a certain level of internal politics to navigate. Appraisals and promotions may not be based on merit.

Good working environment..... Young people with full energy..... Salary appraisal every 6months depends on performance..,. Travel apportunity abroad.... I have been abroad twice.. for learning best platform

Dislikes

Salary is always delayed by 6-7 days from last 6 months on paper it's 7 of that month but we never receive on then day.. incentive are never on time it takes a year for them to release the incentives... And if there is no money in won't recommend anyone this company
