As a contractor with gap I appreciated the flexibility that came through Synergy. It allowed me to manage my own schedule, work on different project and maintain a better work life balance compared to traditional full time roles.

Dislikes

while my experience with synergy global IT solution was mostly positive, I was laid-off by gap, which of course wasn't a reflection of synergy's work. However, i do feel that Synergy could have offered more options or support for contractors who are laid-off from their clients assignments. It would have been helpful if the agency had provided additional opportunities or guidance to transition into new roles, especially for those who had been working on long-term contracts.

Its a fast growing organization and they learn from the mistakes and mitigate them. No cons found as on date and I strongly believe that they will continue to maintain the same standards forever.
