I like the office environment. Design Head and senior architects are really helpful. Good learning experience in Interiors materials.

Working hours are flexible so there's no work-life balance. People who can give their most of the time to office would enjoy working here.

good exposure in all design skills - drawings, presentations, estimation, site experience etc if one is willing to take initiative

no fixed hours, no compensation for over-time, micro-management by the directors of the company.

There is direct discussion with seniors and design head. Company is supportive in terms of your bad time(financial or health issue). They have been supportive when i wasn't well. Location of office is very nice.
