...the best part they use alias names for contacting the candidates in UK/Europe. The company doesn't pay there taxes which are to be paid to the government and also they illegally work at Ashok bhawan, as it's strictly not allowed to work after 8:PM but still they do that, best part they can't stand rejection. Shallow minds!!

There is nothing to like, no work life balance no timings nothing at all. Too much pressure to achieve the targets. Worst company ever.

Dislikes

Bad company to work no salary increment no promotion. If you work your full life you will be on same salary and position lot of politics and personal favouring higher management and HR not good. All are selfish.

In Synergy there isn't much positivity; everyone appears to be filled with negative energy, and they perceive new hires as mere puppets rather than employees.

...tunities rarely occur for anyone during their entire time with the organization. Salary hikes and other benefits are not offered.

...ironment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give not good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Synergy Consultants is a very good company to start a career in HR domain. Mentors are very good and cooperative. I have learnt so much from my mentors and has gained practical knowledge of Human Resources.
