Worst company ever. They treat you like slave plus you can't leave before 1.5 years due to contract in case you leave handle the court cases and no job security plus your salary gets on hold without even telling you.

I have below 2 offers. which one to join. Need some guidance. 1. Luxoft - 32 fixed lpa. WFH. 1 lac joining bonus. 2. TCS - 31 fixed . over all ctc - 36. no WFH. 2 lac joining bonus (temporarily hybrid 3 days in client location which is near to my place till the time assigned to same project)
