First there is a three year bond, resigning before bond period may cost you. You won’t even get a decent salary/designation for your work experience. Late salaries are common, sometimes may be due up to 2+ months. Best part is they won’t accept your resignation until they feel your are worthless. Lastly, there’s no growth or life in this company. If you have assets and still want to work without a need to use brain this is the best company. Cause all you have to do is as they say.

Growth is very slow.The work pressure is very high.Salary increments are very low.There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

...the invoice used by the vendors and dont pay the vendors for more than 6 months. Procurement people job is to keep giving excuses, else our salary too will stop. If the vendor stops supplying or threaten legal action, they ask us to look for a new vendor to defraud again. This is a fraud company. If you are a fraudster, your skills will be highly appreciated here. Future vendors of this company, beware.

very good manufacturing industry.. there is a lot of scope for learning. very friendly colleagues and bosses at shop floor. i had a vast experience at maintenance of electrical equips. learnt lot of technology on latest electrical equipment's. very flexible timings. most important Liked thing at Synergies is HELPING HANDS. PERSONALLY OR PROFESSIONALLY ANY ONE HAVING HAVING TROUBLE , THE MANAGEMENT WILL RESPONDS IMMIDIATLY. very great i have never seen.. a big bow to all SYNERGITIES

...r non- workholics . After joining in this cmpny u should leave ur personal life.there will not be proper salary growth and management is poor in employee credibility. u dnt need a innovative mind after joining here .if ur a engineer or deputy manager there will be no mental work there will be only physical work.after that there is no question of training and training sessions.
