Very political environment. Management and owner are just for mental harassment of employees. No job security is there. No appraisal and promotions. No ethical work. Specially for women people around you are just to objectify women.

Both the 2 bosses/ people handling this company are Inhumane, Cunning, Fraudsters & Selfish. All they want is a slave, implying rules which neither are written anywhere nor told previously. They do not tell their office policies at the time of interview and Neither provide when I asked for the same to HR after joining when they were trying to force it on me. HR said there are no printed policies, you can ask me I'll tell you verbally only. IMAGINE not having HR policies in writing. That was just a lie by HR, because no such rules exist under which they want you to work. Hence, HR said we don't have written policies. They have no manners and humanity, they are very cruel people. Never keep their promise.
