...et..after 45 days hr will force you to resign..completely body selling company.. don't go for high package..look for better company..there is not any long term project they will force you to work on weekends and then one morning will get a mail that you are moved to bench..

if they need they will hire you by giving any amout of package, once project over you will be on Hot Zone. no longer require. Importent Point : They usually have project duration like 3-4 month only.

Synechron pay very well and work culture will be dependent upon client place.

They don't have sufficient number of project once you will complete your 1st assignment. Most probable you will be fired from the company.

1. Projects are very poor in terms of technologies and development. 2. Most of the projects are related to support, enhancement and follow-ups. 3. Client doesn't respect the employees.

They will give you Salary whatever you demand but later there is no internal hike as such. So while joining you should demand higher

No Job security at all. Most of the projects are short term. If you don't have Project. 45 days Bench and then terminated. In that 45 days also, they line up interviews which do not match your skills just to count the no. Of interviews you have given and still not selected. And then make it a reason of termination
