Hand-on experience with the small team size

Dislikes

Company missing some basic setup like Salary payroll, HR, Hardware accessories etc. It will do cost cutting in every department. Highly dominated by the older employees.

Likes

WFH, lots of learning opportunities, good tech. Lot of scope for growth as the organization is not big.

Dislikes

...ut the employees. The HR team needs a big revamp to improve employee engagement. Delayed bonus pays and increments. It is though as if they delay the process intentionally to test employees patience. They have already started losing employees because of this, and they continue to do so. Hope they learn from their mistakes soon else there will be no employees left to delay their increments.

Work in syndigo is paced and managers take care to not overload you in any way, you get bi weekly reviews to ensure that you are progressing with your task and you are provided help

Dislikes

Salary increments are a bit lacklustre though not a major problem

Hike Cycle for the indian employees was mentioned as March and all of sudden in February they have changed it to be effective from july by stating "To align the dates followed by other Syndigo location Globally" Really Why INDIAN People Need To Adjust for EveryThing !!!!! And They have Variable Pay also which will be paid usually by February ,which also postponed to April.
