There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very poor, zero career growth, management turns after commitment to employees, according to management at level of deputy manager employees no value of employees for Company growth.

This is the company where one can gain the experience in several dosage forms like ; SD, external preparations , liquid orals , injectables , cephalosporins etc .

less salary structure at various levels compared to the market .

The management is too cooperative. They help with minute observations on a daily basis which adds value to the manager. They also keep an eye on your progress and will want to help you with their inputs on a weekly basis. All supporting staff are friendly in the office.

Intrusion into our daily work, sharing unwarranted information by the top level is annoying.

No any manager to perform good mange this company, every person is selfish, not any human resources, denderous polotics.we can not effoed them. Director is good but All manager Upper to Lower non technical, not have any wotking culture and unaducated.
