Letting go of a productive contractual employee while retaining less effective staff raises concerns about fairness, talent retention, and overall efficiency. A more merit-based approach would improve long-term growth and morale.

Terrible and pathetic company to work. They put me on PIP and laid out just because I needed some help from my senior developers. Instead of helping me out and trainining me for peojects they put me on PIP. Worst management full of politics.

Higher Management (Overseas) who dominates completely over INDIA teams, there is no proper respect nor recognition for the hard work done to the team. Even HR teams bow their heads to Overseas management. Total domination actually collapsed the entire team of mine which I have worked with.
