No culture,salary issue,no cleaning,no system,8 and half hrs shift completes then also they told us for work daily 11 to 12 hrs without any paying extra hrs working . i recommend not to join synapse mostly freshers.

Staff is really good. Learning is best. Best for fresher learning purpose. Freedom to do best of your work. Innovative idea can be apply.

Dislikes

... are trate enjoyed for only work and didn't give any benefit to the employee . Job security but not salary satisfaction.

Likes

For learning Synapse Labs is very good. Good in the sense means you taught yourself from scratch except for few seniors and colleagues. It's a good place for the freshers.

Dislikes

Appraisal and promotion are quite tough but at the same time this things gives an opportunity to develop your skills and learn more. Unfortunately a few rooten apple has degraded the Synapse Lab and their foolish or moronic influence in the management level cost many employees livelihoods. Some left the company and some stayed their as they don't have too much options.
