Compensation is decent but the growth is relatively slow yet steady. Extended working hours sometimes are stressful.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology I love the opportunity that I was a part of the institution I had an opportunity to work and gain new ideas and experience. another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration, it was a great experience working at Syna, I enjoyed my work and the affection I got from the students. ,

I loved the fact that I was a part of the family , Iit was a great pleasure to work with the product of good quality staff. As a result I had good experience, and I find my self lucky to get the opportunity to prove my abilities
