No matter how hard you work they dont appreciate your work .Its a freaking disgrace.The company is freaking disgrace.I have been working 15 months as an intern now ,there are no talks of a FTE .My actual period of internship was only 10 months since then they are giving extension only and nothing they say about full time or anything.Always the one answer i get is business decision.And its not like they dont need QA resource .They hire a contractor QA resource every now and then but cant give a full time to a resource who is working for them now 15 months.This shows how the company is functioning.They behave like they dont give shit about the working professionals.The HR doesnt reply for months.

No travelling opportunities at all Lot of linguistic based favoritism Working extra time is usual thing here, manager doesn't even hesitate to ask you to work on weekends and extra hours. Everything is smooth until appraisal meeting, during meeting lot of negative feedbacks to justify the ratings.

I am working in Symphony since 3 years and its an amazing experience working in symphony your efforts and hard work is recognized. Visibility is good. you are open to take trainings and easy to move into different domains and team.
