...stival holidays , no holiday on Sankrant and only 2nd and 4th Saturday holiday . If you take leave they will cut your salary and decrease it as well both. Person with more than 3 years of experience gets very less salary , no increment, no incentives

Great learning and development in skills . Have many clients to work with . Good and supportive team . Flexible login-logout time , Work from home opportunity . Getting leaves is easy here .

Salary is comparatively low from market standards . Incentives are very late . No bonus or anything in festivals. Very few holidays and we get only 1 paid leave .

I really love my company's work culture and skill development side. It enhances my skills a lot.

I think salary structure needs to be improved by the company as per their employees experience. apart from this, overall the company is best.

Company foster a culture of Collaboration, support and learning, which makes it a great place to start your career. Also, all of the managers, senior management and promoters are very supportive and helps you whenever you require any help. Work life balance, as mostly it is work from home. I would definitely advice my friends to join.

Salary is bit low as per market standards, but good for learning especially for freshers.

Few managers don't know anything, will misguide, end up with wrong profiles. Very adamant managers. Also they don't give incentives even after working for 1 year.
