Salary is comparatively low from market standards . Incentives are very late . No bonus or anything in festivals. Very few holidays and we get only 1 paid leave .

Few managers don't know anything, will misguide, end up with wrong profiles. Very adamant managers. Also they don't give incentives even after working for 1 year.

Almost everything, Very less salary , much below the market. Manager without any managerial skill. They are more of a third class guys who abuse females working there. There are no roles and no clients. They torcher you everyday. No future in this firm .

...stival holidays , no holiday on Sankrant and only 2nd and 4th Saturday holiday . If you take leave they will cut your salary and decrease it as well both. Person with more than 3 years of experience gets very less salary , no increment, no incentives
