Just that salary is given in time till you have not resigned, only for regular staff. Few people are good there.

No proper administration. No working time. Act like puppet for appraisal else nothing. Negative atmosphere. High attrition rate. No growth. No discipline or rule just manipulation to serve rich people whether they study or not we have to treat them like customer. Faculties are engaged in callings and marketing for admissions. Only good manipulators can survive there for long.

...odel which will give opportunity for industrial interaction as much as possible. Salary regularities and yearly promotions.

There is nothing much do dislike about the university, just for work life balance it is lacking somewhere.

...o security of job, local culture is good but not much freedom to do work freely. On time salary but no other benifits or perks from company

No freedom, can't work on new ideas, just follow the leadership with random decision making. Double responsibility with zero authority.
