... helpful as well as TL is so much conscious about their team which is so good Rest managers and some people with good power on their hand always speaks about to cut salary or about to leave a job even after good results just because employees are not having personal contact with them means they'll get treated on how they favor manager not on their performance only TL ma'am is good and other employees. Experience is not applicable in other companies

They gave us a joining latter, then after 15 days they told us a to resign. If we refused they threatened to terminate us. There is zero value for employee. This situation made me jobless since I left my existing job as well

Everything is bad. Mgmt, decisions, no fix employee policies. No fix policies, no written policies of company. No official sharing, you will get to know policies from other employees only. Dnt play with ur carrier if you have experience more than 5 years. Waste of time.regret..
