Everything , there is nothing u can like. People here are ill mannered. Talk non sense, micro management . No time to breathe . They think they are doing charity . By the way the managers here are all rich they are not working for money u know . They are here just to kill time. 😊

Likes

Work timing. You are never forced to stay late for extra work. If so, proper OT is paid, however I never had the need for it. A strong emphasis is made on research and development which ultimately enhances your skill. A good place to learn.

Dislikes

Salary packages are not upto industry standard. Should consider a system on festive leaves.

This is my third company in a similar role in last 6 years. Although the size of the company is very small as compared to the previous ones but everything about the work culture and ethics is super professional. If you are here for work, learning and growth, you will find everything. Serving European clients can be tricky due to ultra professional nature of the clients but that is part of the work and lets you learn a lot. Management is easily reachable and helpful when needed. Some unorthodox leave structure which initially sounded weird but got to know the idea behind it where everyone is free to use the extra paid leaves as per their choice rather than staying at work on regional holidays.

Dislikes

As of now nothing and I don't think until I concentrate on work I will find anything.

It is an incredible experience. The team is amazing- collaborative and always willing to lend a helping hand. The supportive work environment fosters both personal and professional growth, making it easy to learn and develop new skills. Overall, it is good to be part of the Symberity family.

Dislikes

While my experience is largely positive but I feel acknowleding individual and team achievement could further boost morale and motivation. However, this is minor to overall supportive and dynamic environment we have.

Symberity has fantastic work culture & amazing work-life balance. Everyone is always willing to help you out. My manager is highly supportive and always provides the required guidance. Company has a very positive vibe and provides lot of opportunities for growth.

Less number national holidays.
