This company has many HR managers, but they don't keep any employee documents. There are no salary increments, they don't provide salary slips or appointment letters, and they don't give the final settlement.

Based on Project type & location if flexible working hours is given with internal team arrangements, it will be beneficial.

...ciate..money only matters for management..not at all bothered about employees...they won't spend single penny in you except your salary .no conveyance for women employee...no matter how long you are working,no one will ask you how are u reached home...no pay for auto,cab etc ..if you're okay to leave your self respect definitely it is a good place .for no reason you will be blasted by them... please don't go there and spoil your mental health.

If I get a chance, I like to work with Sycone PMC as a MEP Cad Freelancer through internet. This way the completed Drawings can be forwarded by Wetransfer along with its CTB.

No dislike to work with Sycone PMC if I get a standared salary package to support my family.
