Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). ...ciate..money only matters for management..not at all bothered about employees...they won't spend single penny in you except your salary .no conveyance for women employee...no matter how long you are working,no one will ask you how are u reached home...no pay for auto,cab etc ..if you're okay to leave your self respect definitely it is a good place .for no reason you will be blasted by them... please don't go there and spoil your mental health.

Top management need to relook in to their behaviour with employees.its horrible.
