Poor culture and no value of employees they are all top level management only for salary's no care about the others not improved anything from starting. Company plant head and general managers are frustrating to all rather than improving culture.some of assistance managers are good but top level team don't help them .every alternative days they are doing extra time without any pay because of pressure from top level no proper canteen no uniform.only one bus available and some times seat not available.

Likes

You will get the salary on 1st of every month without fail. Whatever mentioned in CTC, you will get it. I mean no deductions in the name of performance bonus and at the end half will be deducted in the performance bonus( in many other company.

Dislikes

No culture No proper canteen No proper bus facility No proper working time, only IN is proper OUT you don’t know. Quality Department is just for the name sake, hiring manager and asking to do operator level job. No respect.

Likes

Some managers are Supportive. Transport Facility from Bharuch to Plant Location is good. If you are from Gujarat you will be comfortable with food.

Dislikes

Some Machines are running in one or two shifts so if you not able to meet production target you have to do 1-2 hours Extra duty and you get no overtime Pay. You allowed to take Compensatery off if you have Done double shift duty otherwise you get nothing for
