...with a great teamwork. Cooperative team members, training session was excellent. But the problem was very less salary that we can't be survive as a independent life.

Most of the top managers are unprofessionals. The only work they have is to prove people wrong infront of management & take credit. For which now the group is going downword & all the fame of the group will be vanished soon.

The company was open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I loved the fact that I was a part of a team that markets reliable, high- quality hospitality services and had a global client . Another plus point is that my CMD/MD are dynamic , very intelligent and friendly with employees so I worked happily under him.I also like the employee re- hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure was very high. Sometimes, I had to work 14- 18 hours straight in a day as I had to go registered venders for procuring raw matterials.which was 120km.far away from property for that sometimes late into the night.Managers did not value an individual's unique strengths, which was why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Which was a pain sometimes.

Properties are good but very very poor management.

Dislikes

Poor Management, no scope of learning, no job security (I was asked to leave without any notice), Tremendous office politics, They have not settled my Full & final, Basically the group is being mislead by few top officials. This group have much more potential but due to poor management owning company is unable to make profit.
