I worked there for almost 8 yr's but still not satisfied with the company in so many aspect kindly find below...

Many Corporate staffs are unknown about their own as well as others job responsibility, but playing dirty politics infront of management only to save their jobs by acting smart. For which company is going down word in terms of guest service standard as well as in terms of revenue. In my openion at the top many top most professionals are required, in whose decision can be taken to run the group smoothly & group can grow with staffs practically not verbally. Right now what is going on, only verbally & fake reports. They also don't know how to treat staffs. Every mistake of others are count in thief or crime only. Suggestion as a well wisher.
