Dislikes

...re is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our workers issues. Salary is low and career growth is slow. And the management follow poor type gidc association labour low. Management also not address your skill and your work

I left SGEL in 2016 but after that i still connected with company related to third party inspection. During COVID 19 , i am in touch with my colleagues and they were happy with the system in glascoat.

It was an average level of experience as an employee. Management was more concerned about having maximum output and having minimum manpower. Learning experience was good but working experience was not.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
