Colleagues are very Good, Salary is on time & they celebrate all the Festivals. Alternate Saturdays off & working Saturdays half day till 2 pm.

Seniors & Directors are not at all good, lot of harrassment is done by them. Also seniors play a lot of Politics with juniors

There is no hire and fire policy. If a candidate is struggling to get the numbers, the seniors will ask you where the gap is.

Dislikes

Lack of training is a major issue for freshers. As freight forwarding is a vast field, a fresher or a new guy from another industry needs to be trained well before being sent out in the field to get the business. There should be 1 month of thorough training in freight forwarding. If not, the salesperson is bound to struggle in front clients.
