Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Here work environment not like mnc's ,salary was on time . good mentors is there and best fit to learning stage. Here encourage the new innovation things. Only 10 employees are present .

Almost everything... worst to be a part in this company...I lost my precious time...lost my hardwork...they are using my precious hardwork...lot of politics is involved... they are considering those who are good looking females...they didn't prefer those who are putting and paying efforts to this company...no job security...one of the worst companies in Vizag...don't join in this company...no infrastructure no proper protocols...
