Nothing except the way of working of the MD and handling people.

Dislikes

Everything is a dislike, lot of partiality between co workers, they dont provide leave on time, need to work as reliever, deduction of Bank changes from quarterly salary, discrimination between south and north Indians, one should not serve notice period, otherwise the salary will get delayed by more 45 days (in addition with 30 days notice), the salary computation may also differ as per their convenience, they will interview for one position and give different designation after joining there, no proper office and lavatory, no hike annually, lot of unnecessary cost saving without thinking of employees safety and comfort (flight tickets). No disclosure of HR policies, and they will not issue salary slips and appointment letter.

1) Solid health programs 2) few career growth opportunities at all level 3) Struggle for survival during economic crisis ( National economy / recession / Inflation ) 4) Necessity of retraining at a shorter frequencies required always at operators & packers level to upkeep the efficiencies at higher level

Nothing but only Accommodation.

Dislikes

Don’t trust management. They may kick you out anytime they want even if you are performing well. Until and unless MD of SNL is there no one can grow. To grow you have to be his puppet.
