Everything, nothing is good, lady boss always yell on everyone and don't care how much people give their blood and sweat. Worst company to work, no respect

Hr is not educated and he doesn't know how to deal with any staff or any white-collar person. He uses bad language while talking to any staff member. He is good at handling labour but not the staff.

Likes

Company cares for its employees more than anything, gives opportunity to have comfort while at work. The working hours are flexible, employees often do work selflessly. There is great bonding among employees. The regular Cricket championship held every year among different factory of the company between workers and officers makes a viable place for strengthening relationship between them i.e workers and officers. Company tries to improve on the parameters where workers productivity could be improved by providing them tea coffee vending machines, cool environment for workers in summers and flexible working hours etc.

Dislikes

Too much involvement of Management into day to day working of the company.
