Salary and the benefits are good. Transport, canteen, and other facilities are absolutely nice.

No Working culture at all. Discrimination between office staff and production staff is always there. There is No such concept of growth & promotion. Only good for 1 year experience.

Overall company is good. The work culture is good. As the distance from pune is to Ranjangaon (MIDC) is far ( 2 hrs) please be careful while joining.
