1. Exposure in multilple domains of Banking Industry. 2. Exposure in multilple domains of Finance Industry. 3. 6 Hours of work for Bank Audits, at least on paper. 4. Bonus structure for Employees (Detrimental if you are experienced, refer major con below) 5. Decent Infrastructure at least aesthetic wise for inhouse employees

...lead to strain on eyes and cause back pain due to unorthodox sitting posture) 3. Low pay and reluctance of partners to negotiate for a decent raise. 4. Shifting of blame, when things go south; no responsibility and accountability on part of partners. 5. Made up rules solely based on convenience (Bonus entitlements not recd even though they form part of CTC; very disingenuous | If you are experienced, Its in your best interest to negotiate without bonus structure to avoid convenient nonsense) 6. Cynical and Half-witted rationalization for lack of agency and any negotiation on that note. 7. Lack of training and high expectations from autonomous employees. (If you are fresher (or experienced) and do not have the yearning to acquire skills on your own with the expectation of training, then it is probably not the best place for you; otherwise you can do just fine.) 8. Accounting process is decentralized in individual domains, meaning Book keeping, TDS obligations, GST returns, ROCs, Finalization of Books and Audit obligations are done by different individuals and not client wise thereby producing low quality accountants as a whole. 9. Zero appreciation for hardworking individuals. P.S. Increment is minimal and very superficial at times (As per convenient policy mentioned to me in 2021, it is 8% for average and 10% for above average performers) Advice to management: Let this constructive criticism be the guiding light for further improvements. All of the points are unbiasedly presented for a better feedback of the existing issues.
