New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...e job but for workers like DET & operational staff, not proper financial growth. Year on year, cost cutting is major issue in salary & benefits of these worker. Compony targeting sticktly by doing these activities so that permanent workers left.

Diploma holder salary was very less. Even after 5 years of experience i was working there as a Junior associate engineer at the 15000 rupees/Month salary. All diploma holder was working there as a operator. Within same experience of they hire person from from another company they were come there as a AM or DM.

Dislikes

...ered helper or assistant in engineering work or just 2D drawing drafting work. Salary is too low for mechanical engineer here on Tech Mahindra payroll. NO PROMOTION is promised even after highly satisfactory annual performance. Increment of Rs. 500-600 annually. No technical training or skill development program here for Tech Mahindra employees (Specially).
