Likes

It is a great place to work. You are given full responsibility and freedom to work. Hassle free process and systems are being implemented and company is always eager to engage their employees to innovation. Preventive measures have been taken and it is advised to all employees to stay safe and take precautions. Company is very strict in terms of health.

Dislikes

Work life balance is not that good. Compensation is low and you require to travel a lot. Almost 20-22 days in a month specifically for my department.

The Company growing under good leadership, having strong ethical values, top management is goal oriented. Result oriented employees have very bright scope in Mahindra & Mahindra

Dislikes

Compensation and growth become slow with respect to experience in this company. Work pressure is of course high to professionally managed company

I really appreciate the company culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone seems to be. It seems like everyone is working together towards a common goal and I would be excited to be a part of that.

...e job but for workers like DET & operational staff, not proper financial growth. Year on year, cost cutting is major issue in salary & benefits of these worker. Compony targeting sticktly by doing these activities so that permanent workers left.

As mention above, company not taking interest for finacial growth of lower level workers.
