Infrastructure, management, faculty attitude, work and life balance, too much work load which is not required, no Cl and emergency leave given when required, no proper training given to new employees. Religion related activities and other activities always given priority over studies and then they tell teachers to rush dor the syllabus and they do not let teachers experiment for funloving environment in studies but have their own strict rules for teachers too. And don’t respect teachers. There is always bias in gender for simple things.
